Our space is technically equipped for webinars, workshops, conferences, hybrid and corporate events, with full support for presentations, video conferencing and communication with participants who join remotely.
Two professional Yealink video conference cameras. One follows the speaker and their presentation, the other faces the participants in the room, so people following online get a more natural sense of presence and take an active part in the conversation.
Sound is processed and mixed on a Midas MR18 digital mixer, connected to quality RCF monitor speakers and professional microphones. Every voice comes through clearly, in the room and online.
The video system is built on Blackmagic equipment and gives full control over what appears on the screens and TVs in the space: the same video on every screen, or separate content on each one, depending on the event.
The space is ready for DJ equipment and music playback, for cocktails, corporate celebrations and other informal events, so the business part easily continues in a more relaxed atmosphere.

Up to 40 participants in a theatre-style setup. MEZANIN consists of two connected spaces covering a total of 200 m² — THE ROOM for the formal part of the event and THE LOUNGE for breaks, networking and informal conversations.
For other formats, the setup can be adapted to suit the number of participants and the type of event.
The booking includes THE ROOM and THE LOUNGE, technical equipment, Wi-Fi, a lectern, flip chart with accessories, a reception area for welcoming guests, a cloakroom, and on-site technical support throughout the event. All technical equipment is installed, prepared and tested before the event, with no additional charges for its use.
Yes. You are welcome to use your own catering provider, or we can recommend trusted partners if you prefer. Coffee breaks are provided by us and charged per person. They include a selection of beverages from a professional espresso machine, teas, still and sparkling water, and juices. Any additional food and refreshments can be arranged as part of the catering service.
The minimum booking is 3 hours. Longer bookings and full-day programs can be arranged according to the needs of your event.
Your booking is confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit based on the agreed booking price. If you cancel at least 15 days before the scheduled event, the deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled event, the deposit is non-refundable. For bookings made less than 15 days before the event, the deposit is also non-refundable.
Yes. THE ROOM is equipped for hybrid events, with a technician on-site throughout the program. Please let us know when booking if you require a hybrid setup, so we can prepare and test the equipment in advance.
Three parking spaces are available in front of the venue, behind a barrier. Parking in the surrounding streets is free of charge, as the area is outside the paid parking zone.
Open flames, attaching decorations to the walls, and confetti are not permitted. Any other decorative elements should be discussed with us in advance so we can confirm what can be accommodated in the venue.
Events can run until midnight at the latest. The exact start and end times are agreed upon when booking.
