We collect data only when you contact us yourself. Through the inquiry form, these are first and last name, e-mail, phone number, desired date, event format, expected number of participants and message content. If you write to us directly by e-mail or call us, we collect what you tell us on that occasion.
The site does not require registration, has no user accounts and does not sell anything online.
We use the data to respond to your inquiry, prepare an offer, arrange an appointment and rent the space. We do not use them for automated decision-making or profiling.
The legal basis is your consent that you give by sending an inquiry, that is, the execution of the contract when the reservation is made.
Inquiries that do not lead to cooperation are kept for a maximum of twelve months, for the sake of records and possible subsequent communication. We keep data related to realized leases as long as required by tax and accounting regulations.
